I am really good at the cell physiology and other molecular stuff but I don't know any of the specifics of ecology due to the new AP Biology course. How much of the test covers this and are there any really important ecology topics I should go over?

Any tips/help?

First off, I would highly recommend that you choose the microbiology section for this, if you hadn’t already decided this. That said, if you choose to do the microbiology section, you’ll have 27% of the test cover Cellular and Molecular Biology, 13% of the test covering Ecology (Energy flow, nutrient cycles, populations, communities, ecosystems, biomes, conservation biology, biodiversity, effects of human intervention), 20% Genetics, 25% Organismal Biology, and 15% Evolution and Diversity.

Its not as much the ecology as the organismal biology and plant anatomy. I took the new AP Bio course so I don’t know the specifics of those topics…
