I need help with number 5. I just don't get graphic functions. This problem is supposed to be easy. I looked online, and it said, ''Choice (C) is correct. According to the graph, h(5) is about halfway between 2 and 4. The closest value to h(5) is 3.'', but its still not clear to me?

Like what in the world is h? h(5)? Help?

h represents a function. It’s just the swiggly line in problem #5.

When you see h(x), plug x into the function h.

When you plug in x, you get a corresponding y value. In this case, it is when x = 5, y = 3. The function h at 5 = 3.

Oh okay thanks :)
