SAT Book 2009

Hi,

I have a Kaplan 12 practice tests for SAT 2009 edition.

Would this still help me to study? Or is it too out dated to be of any use?
Thanks for replying!

desperate bump

Avoid using Kaplan, stick to the Blue Book, and you can do a few Princeton Review tests ( although harder tests) and Barrons tests (also harder in some aspects)

Avoid anything else if possible. Im sure collegeboard supplies you with enough tests

If it’s vocab and CR help you’re looking for, Essentials really helped me today! I studied some of the Top 20 lists in there and found that I was more comfortable in the test today with some of the harder vocab questions

Hm, I may take your advice and just buy a sat blue book I suppose since it’s only 20 dollars. Can anyone locate me to a 2013 edition on amazon?
Is it really that much of a difference?

@ivykid96 I use online websites to study vocab, I’m not sure about trying to study critical reading since I’m so bad at it it’d take forever to improve… but maybe I should focus on it.

blah bumping

Just use the Blue Book. Taking other practice tests is usually not very indicative of anything useful. Why bother going to a third-party when you can stick to the source?

@Smashbrosboy

Is there a 2013 version of the blue book?
Or is it just this [The Official SAT Study Guide: For the New SAT: The College Board: 9780874477184: Amazon.com: Books](http://www.amazon.com/The-Official-SAT-Study-Guide/dp/0874477182)

Basically what I’m asking is the link I posted an outdated book? I believe it’s been out for quiet a while, but I guess the concept of SAT hasn’t changed much over years.

bumpzzzzzz
