<p>I know there are a lot of threads like this but they all do not answer some questions that I need to know.</p>

<p>What book is the best for Writing and Critical Reading?</p>

<p>I heard Grammatix is good but I can't find this book on amazon or anywhere else. Also, is Rocket Review a consensus for being good on Writing and Critical Reading? I cant find a new version of this book on amazon or barnes and noble.</p>

<p>So, which book is the best for improving Writing and CR? My Critical Reading scores are generally from 700-720 but I can't get any higher. I usually get all the sentence completions correct. My goal for CR is to get 750+.
For Writing, I genrerally get 740-760. What book would aid me to a 800? The essay is the easy part for me, as I consistently get 11s and 12s. </p>

<p>please? i want to order a book asap. also, does the blue book version 2 have explanations online that you can access for free? i know the blue book version 1 does not have free explanations. you have to enroll in some collegeboard course to get the explanations. is the blue book version 2 explanations free?</p>

<p>Rocket Review is now out of print. The last version of the book was from 2006-2007. Grammatix hasn’t been around for a while but is in many old threads/posts. The advice from Helpfulhints is good. Practice will be the best thing for you but only use College Board materials.</p>
