who thinks they will change the sat again in say 10 years. Would they add another section or take one away. who knows?

I doubt they will add more. I heard some colleges are already pressuring the college board to make the test shorter.

when i toured Yale in the spring, a group of professors spoke about work being done there to devise the updated, revamped SAT. Probably for release in a few years. who knows how different, but credible people said to expect changes.

i hear you, it actually seems like the sat is getting stronger each year, having a bigger impact upon little, naive, vulnerable highschoolers. I guess time will tell

I hear they're thinking of changing the SAT to allow for a much longer break in between..."longer" means like a day in between. That would be so awesome!

I actually might rather just get it all over with in one day than waste an entire weekend

yeah, a lot of people are saying the test is too long, and scores are dropping. One solution people were talking about was having different days, but I think that would make it all just like the subject tests.
