SAT Chemistry, quick question.

I was just wondering.. for Part B of the exam... the ones with the relationship question "Something is this BECAUSE of this." Do you lose 1/4 of a point for getting any part of the relationship wrong, including the CE? and also... is there any way for a statement to have a False first part and a True second part, and still be a CE? and vice versa. I've been wondering, since the PR book hasn't exactly provided a direct answer.

yes to the first
no to the second question

I am here to help with TTCEs!

If you get any part (first, second, or ce/not) wrong, then it's all wrong, and you lose 1/4 point.

The only possible combos are:

F F
F T
T F
T T
T T C E

On average, how many T,T, CE are there?

OMG! Thank you! I'm using the PR book because I find it more straightforward than the barrons book. I'm hoping for an 800 with this book, is it doable? (By the way, I had AP chem)

hey i am studying for june sat chemistry also. hoping for an 800 cuz i am a chem freak.

it sucks that u can get whole question wrong just cuz part of it is wrong. from this i am guessing that unless u defenitely know the answer, skip it. is that true?
