Hi, I'm planning to take the SAT subject test for chem this saturday, but I'm not sure if I should postpone till June because i'm not sure if i'm ready for it yet (i'm aiming for an 800)

I borrowed two prep books from the library, both 2009 editions, one is from Barron's and the other is Princeton Review.

I was wondering which review book is closest in difficulty to the actual subject test difficulty. Any words from experience?

Thanks!

I haven’t taken it yet, but it looks like from the practice problems that AP prepares you VERY well.

My chem teacher said past students tell her it’s way easy. Good luck! I’ll be doing the same in June :|

should be easier than AP chem as with all other subjects.

I can’t help you with book choice as I just borrowed one from my GC when I took it last year and didn’t do any comparisons. But the test is not hard at all if you have taken AP Chem and done well, and most of the stuff on there is stuff you learn in general chem.
