i didnt do that great on the april sats...should i take classes? if so which ones? thanks

I took a Princeton Review course a long time ago. They are even more helpful if you score lower than 2000.

I took a princeton review class and many other prep classes. The only reason I managed a 2390 was because of pr. THANK YOU PRINCETON REVIEW!

PR sucked for me
I took it during march with a teacher from ohio state!!!
my practice test score there was 2000 2010 and 2000
I didn't learn much and they didn't teach much except things you already know
I got lucky in April (thanks to god) and got 2170

aruubato--
did you take the PR classroom course, like with 6 other people for $999.00, or the private one on one tutoring. Also, how much did you improve during the class, to work up to that 2390???

thanks

I would read the discussions among students, tutors, and parents on Xiggi's thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=68210. The discussion about which way to go with prep starts around page 3. Regardless of the method of prep you choose, self-study and practice result in BIG point gains. You have to see "it" for yourself.
