SAT college application waiver

hey guys, is the SAT college application waiver a separate waiver from the SAT fee waiver? The only information I could find is that if you take an SAT with the SAT fee waiver you get the college app waivers, but I already took my SAT without the waiver, but want college application waivers. Can I still get the college app waivers?

Here is a FAQ

sorry but this doesnt answer my question. i didnt take my previous sat’s with a waiver because i didnt know about them, so i didnt automatically get college app waivers. my question is if i can still get these college app waivers without having to take another sat (but this time with the waiver).

If you didn’t use a SAT test fee waiver, then I don’t think you can get the application fee waivers from Collegeboard.

But if you qualify, you can get application fee waivers for Coalition application and Common application, which should help. And some colleges also give their own application fee waivers,

ok thank you!

Thank you @mommdc We were in a similar situation - only last year the school ran out of waivers, this year we received the waiver, and needed to call college board so they could flip the magic switch so that there would be no fees with sending scores.
