<p>I am planning to take SAT on 1st Oct. In case i dont do well, i will be retaking it in dec.
Some of the colleges I have looked at have their deadlines as 1 and 15th December(I am an international student).
Is it possible to submit the application without the SAT score and send in the score after I get the results?</p>

<p>Colleges usually have different deadlines for different aspects of the application: the actual application and the test scores. SAT I and II deadlines usually come much later (around Jan) than the application deadlines, so what most people do is send in whatever they have and then send in “rush scores” once they’re out. But a deadline’s a deadline, so the scores will still need to be in by their respective dates.</p>

One of the colleges i want to go to says it will accept results till 31st dec. the other one says this “All tests through the end of January” so im guessing that means i can take the SAT in december and still get the score in on time.</p>
