I know that if you submit the ACT to Harvard that you still have to submit 3 SAT IIs. I was wondering if I could take Math I, Spanish, and Math II. Or would the two math tests count as one?

Yes. You still have to submit three SAT II scores of your choosing.

The math tests don't "count as one" but colleges prefer to see you take three different subject tests. Math is one subject. Take another subject.

Harvard says that they have no preference in terms of which SAT IIs that you take. I have heard this directly from an admissions officer. You may wish to, however, verify this by e-mail admissions. No reason to rely on an anonymous message board for answers to such an important question.

As a student representative this summer, I can verify Northstarmom's assertion that there is no preference. Choose any three that you feel you'll do the best in. If you hated U.S. History, don't take the U.S. History test. If you loved Chemistry, take the Chemistry exam.

Of course, you would want to check with other schools that you're applying for and make sure they do not have SAT II requirements. Some schools (MIT comes to mind) have requirements in terms of what SAT IIs you have to take.

Thanks for the replys, I feel that I would do the best in those three tests so that is why I was wondering.
