Has anyone taken any SAT courses that really helped them? If so, what was the course?

I took princeton review and I went from a 1030 on the psat to a 1330 on the SAT.

what do they teach thats different from their books?

wow, i have answered this so many times, never take any of those courses, they are useless and a waste of money, especailly princeton review, i learned nothing, the teaching was bull! they "taught" from 10 reals, well not taught, made us do all the practices on the 10reals, which was what i was going to do anyway. it was a complete waste of my time(traveling time, listening to x+85=100, what's x?) and money!

the best prep course that there is out there is testmasters...you get a lot for your money...if you are very high it might not help you that much but if u are below 1300 it is a great course to take...math and writing are review of what is covered...but their critical reading and essay classes are excellent and very helpful...i recommend it...if you want more info on pm me...
