SAT ---> CR ----> How is it context?

<p>How are the sentence completion questions simply context? What if you don't know the vocabulary words? How do you even use context to figure out what they are?</p>

<p>It seems to me that CR is just a "more vocab you know, the higher the chance of you getting a good score" type of test, rather then knowing the context.</p>

<p>You have to understand how the blank fits into the rest of the sentence in order to know what meaning is appropriate. But yes, if you don’t know the meanings of the possible words, you probably won’t know the answer.</p>
