If i take the october 1, SAT (1) and November 5, SAT (2), will my scores get to the universities in time?

You need to check with each unis’ websites where this info is laid out.
Different unis have different deadlines. You need to become extremely familiar with each school’s policies – not ask internet strangers.
For most regular decision deadlines, you would get the scores in time. If you’re applying early, probably not.
