As an international student, I asked for a copy of the SAT registration bulletin and received it yesterday. While reading it, I noticed that if registering through an SAT representative, I had to sent my paper registration with full payment by the early registration deadline. Since I've obviously missed it (it was october 11), can I send everything to the US (using one of the labels provided with the bulletin) by the regular deadline (november 1) instead of registering through a representative?

Yes I think you can. I also registered by mail a few days ago and sent everything directly to the US.

Ok, so I'll send everything to the US too. Thanks for replying :)

Why dont you apply through the internet?
You dont have a creditcard? Try to find someone who has, and ask if you can pay the fee through his creditcard account...

It saves you a lot of trouble now and after the test..
