The title says it all -
do the UCs look at writing SAT score?
Because my SAT scores are

CR: 730
Math: 800
Writing: 610 - BOO

2140 combined isn't too bad,
but out of 1600 I have 1530 which is way better.

If you have an idea - please help me out (_ _)

they look at it, but any SAT score above 2000 is good enough for Cal; SAT prep schools try to ******** you that you need a really high score, the average admit has around a 2000-2100 range score

HOWEVER, since your SAT Writing score is under 680 (assuming you have not already gotten a 3/+ on an English AP test or a 6 on a IB English A1/A2 SL test) you will need to take an AWPE test if you decide to go to a UC next year.

I am an OOS...............................................................

Put it this way: the ONLY reason that the writing score exists is bcos of the University of California....so, yeah, they look at it.

maybe they'll look at is so indepth that they will think wow, even though she reported her single sitting score with a 660 in writing, 5 months later it went up to a 770... ADMIT!
hah that would be too perfect
