SAT Essay-12-->800

Since im getting 2 wrong in writing usually, the only way i could get an 800 would be writing a 12 point Essay? Anyone have a format/template or method that could definitely get me a 12? I would prefer templates CCers have already used and got a 12 on. -Thanks

I know this is late but type 10 days to a 12 on google and look for a CC link to it by Academic Hacker. Fill up both pages that you get with bull **** and use atleast 3 examples. This will not guarantee a 12 but it will give you a double digit essay score. I guarantee it. I read 10 days to a 12 the morning before the test only and got a 10 with five minutes left over.

no one can guarantee a 12 score, but u can get a 10+ if u prepare 2 or 3 examples

My template that got me a 12 on the essay was as follows:

1) Introductory Paragraph that includes the thesis
2) First body paragraph with a literary example that supports the thesis
3) Second body paragraph with a historical example that supports the thesis
4) Concluding paragraph that sums up the argument and explains why your topic is important

If you use effective vocabulary, fill both pages with writing, use good grammar, and follow this template, then you have a good chance of getting a 12. I deviated from this template the second time I wrote the SAT essay by including an additional historical example in my second body paragraph instead of a literary example, and got a 10. Call me crazy, but the graders seem to adore examples from literature. As far as getting an 800 is concerned, the scale is determined by how well or poorly everyone else did on that particular test. I believe I missed 3 multiple choice questions and got a 12 on my essay on my first SAT, and ended up with an 800 on writing. Hope this was somewhat helpful.

Oh my god I’m such a dumbass. I had the prompt yesterday of respect and familiarity and wanted to use a mentor relationship to illustrate how the bond grows with time, so I wanted to use Socrates and Aristotle. Except I accidentally used Socrates and Sophocles. Ffff

Write big
Get 12
