I forgot that we were only allowed 2 pages.

I had a intro, and 3 examples (history, literature, personal)
I finished my 3rd example and had not room for the conclusion. Do you think I will loose points becuase of this?

I heard that there will be a two point deduction.

for no conclusion?
ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

Yeah, I read that somewhere else in the forum.

I didn't finish my conclusion.....I'm guessing it depends on the grader, but at least 1?

Are You Serious?!?!?!?!...I had no more room to write it.

What the hell? The conclusion is like one line... it can't be very important.

Hopefully they wont take off anything because I had a good intro.

Has anyone, on previos tests, not had a conclusion? if so, what was your score?

Has anyone, on previous tests, not had a conclusion written because of no space? if so, what was your score?

On the first SAT test I took I made an 10, with a conclusion, but when I took it again a few months ago, w/o a conclusion! I made an 8...They took a lot away from my score, but I thought my essays possessed the same quality.

did you use all 2 pages?

I USED so much of the two pages that I had no more room left to write, and thus had to write under the last line of the 2nd page!

But don't worry; it only plays a small part of your Writing score. There was girl on this site, who had a 690, and made a 9 on the essay, but if she had gotten a 10 or 11 on the essay, then she would have received a 730.

Big difference, but ...well, I take that back, it does play a big part on your over all total writing score.

If you wrote under the last line maybe they won't see it?

I wrote a concluding sentence, but it wasn't in a separate paragraph. =(

I don't think it will affect you overall score too much, I didn't finish a conclusion & I talked to other people-Nobody I talked to finished a conclusion on Saturday's SAT, but they have on previous SATs. I think it was an essay where you had to go into more detail than the usual essay, so they will probably make allowances for that. Also, consider the curve :P It plays such a small part in your overall score-I wouldn't worry about it.

can someone explain wat the essay topic was because i had no idea what to say...i know i probably did horrible but can someone just clarify wat it was on

wait... i only used 2 examples, i thought better 2 good ones than 3 so/so. what is this the FCAT?

they better not take off.
