sat essay question

So i write the thesis of my essay in the introductory paragraph. I have to give few examples in the body. So my question is: Should i write a general statement to begin each body paragraph, where i give one example. Or should i begin right away with the specific example. So if i am going to give three examples, i could mention the three examples in the introductory paragraph and start each body paragraph by mentioning them, or i could write three general statements in the introductory paragraph, begin each body paragraph with that general statement and provide examples as evidence.
To not confuse you by the term "general statement", i will provide u an example
Lets say i have an example to provide evidence: example of CERN experiements. So for this example i could give general statement: Scientists have faced multiple failures in their quest to fathom nature.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Either way works. Sometimes doing both is best. If your introduction is short (i.e. 3-4 sentences) and you identify the examples as the last sentence of the introduction then you may not need to repeat the summary statement at the start of each example. If the introduction is longer then you may need to remind the reader at the start of each example of what it is.
