<p>Can I use expletives in the sat essay for quotes and other stuff? For eg. I found this prompt - knowledge is a burden. The first thing that came to my mind was the first atomic bomb test Trinity. After watching the destruction they had created, one of the scientists turned to Robert J. Oppenheimer, director of the Los Alamos facility and said, "Now we are all sons of *****es." Can we use this kind of language without serious repercussions?</p>

<p>it would, at the very least, distract the readers attention and also give the entire essay a bad representation because of what the reader will recall when he/she goes through your essay mentally to recall whether or not you hit certain requirements/points.</p>
