I'm having problems with the essay section of the SAT and I think it's because of my lack of examples. I have two "go to" examples and the rest I have to make up on the spot. I read the http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/764514-sat-essay-prompt-archetypes.html and noticed my two examples fit into many of their categories but having a few more wouldn't hurt!

Examples I Use:
-Disney Movies
-East of Eden

I also read http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/645763-how-write-12-essay-just-10-days.html and it's proposed samples are:

-Jack Welch (CEO of General Electric)
-Howard Schultz (CEO of Starbucks)
-Steven Jobs (CEO of Apple)
-the Enron scandal (conspiracy stuff)
-the Patriot Act (terrorist stuff)

Are the essay graders familiar with these ? I've only heard of the Patriot Act and Steve Jobs

Anyways, I'm currently doing research on them but some of them don't seem to "fit" into as many of the sat categories as my other examples do. Does anyone have any examples that work for multiple topics that they would like to share? :D I would appreciate very much!
