I really don't want to take the SSAT, and I have taken the PSAT, but my score is sub-par. So I was wondering if Exeter would accept my SAT score (2300+) for 11th grade admissions?

Any help would be great.

all you have to do is go onto the Exeter website and look at testing requirements: Phillips Exeter Academy | Testing Requirements

"Applicants for grade 11 submit SSAT or PSAT scores. (Please do not substitute with SAT I or SAT II scores.)"

so the answer is no, you can't submit your sat score.

I don't think they accept SAT scores, but honestly, if you did that well on the SAT the SSAT should be wicked easy for you.

I honestly didn't study for it, and found I did fine, simply because as a sophomore you know most of the vocab/readingskills/math way better than younger kids do. Although i guess you're scored against other sophomores so who knows?
