Is it too late to take the SAT Jan 28 to meet the Feb 15th deadline?

Most likely yes...December is usually latest for all schools - which school has the Feb 15 deadline? I'd call the admissions office and ask to be sure

A lot of schools will accept the January test date. Check on the website.

MIT, Harvard, Columbia...

They'll accept it...

Will I need to "rush" the scores.. I saw nothing on their websites about it.. all I found was info on their EA stuff.

call the school and ask, but rushing is likely not needed. Colleges generally receive your scores about a week after they are posted online (3 weeks after the test), and a week before you receive the hardcopy in your mailbox.

Test date is actually Jan 28th... Colleges want them on Feb 15th.. Thats less than 4 weeks.

Edit: oh wait.. test date = jan 1st right.. heh
