Okay this is really frustrating. For bright futures scholarship in florida, you need a 1290 of critical reading and math to get the highest scholarship level. I have taken the SAT 3 times, and my highest super score of critical reading and math is 1280 :-/ (my writing score keeps dramatically increasing though!) Should i take the SAT again for a 4th time and my parents may enroll me in SAT prep courses for critical reading?

I would take it again! It is a $50 dollar test but I’d imagine the scholarship is far more valuable. Try out a SAT prep book before enrolling in a class. You’ll have to be dedicated to studying the book but it will pay off! (see what I did there…?)

@acbyrne thank you!!

I would try again if I were you. A 1290 seems definitely attainable if you can put in the time. I recommend Kaplan (I got a 2380 on my first try :D)

I agree. You are not far away from the cutoff and taking it again may pay off greatly in the end. Good luck!
