Ok so here is my story...

I took the PSAT sophomore year and scored a 1900, with two hours of sleep the night before... I have taken the official 2006-2007 PSAT practice test and a collegeboard test from the book, I got ~2100 on both. Thats almost a 200 point increase since last year... Anyways, my ultimate goal is to get a 2300+. Here's the ultimate dilemna: When I take the tests, the only think that stops me from attaining a very good score are careless errors.

I could get a perfect score on Math if I avoided careless errors... I am at the 700 mark...and those 4 questions that I get wrong are careless errors.. I know how to do EVERY one.

For writing I am at the 730 mark, and once again... my score could consistently be 770+, if I didn't make careless errors in reading. The mistakes I make are blatantly obvious, and are by no means the "difficult" ones.

In Critical Reading, I always manage to screw something up which is essentially easy. Some of the questions I get wrong are marked as level 1 (thats sad). Yet, I still consistently get 670-690 on the CR.

So, how do I avoid these stupid mistakes. I have the potential to get 2300+ on the SAT if I stop making these STUPID mistakes. GOAL: MATH -800 Writing 770 + CR: 700 + = 2270 + if I just stop making stupid mistakes :)
