<p>Just started my summer vacation and I'm planning on spending on good portion of the summer preparing for the SATs. What's the best way to start? Any books/courses that are considered imperative to maximize my chances of conquering this test? Please note: my parents will probably force me to take a class so what's the best one (Kaplan, PR, PowerScore, etc.)?</p>

<p>classes are normally a waste of money…i recommend selfstudying. maybe try to memorize PR hit parade and definitely buy the official collegeboard book.</p>
