SAT I Help

In my conquest on the college process this Junior year I had to experience the grueling SAT.
On test day i went in determined to succeed but left devastated. I fell asleep for about an hour missed a couple of sections.
And Scores came out like this :
Critical Reading:510
Math:510
Writing: 500

This continues next time comes along and I studied fastidiously but...
Scores come up like this:
Critical Reading 540
Math:530
Writing: 500

Now, I have lost all hope in succeeding on this test. I'm the student who has his 90 average acquired through rigorous AP courses , plays sports, and is heavily involved in school.

But I need massive help. What is the best advice you give to a hopeless individual like me who just tries so hard to succeed on this test but just doesn't get it. What should I focus on (especially in the Math section) when studying? How can I "study" ? How can I build "stamina" to withstand the drooling 4 hours (approximately) ? Most importantly, what material should I review to get the "800'er" mentality and knowledge?

Also, I havent even started worrying about the SAT II's how can I get a reach score of 600+ on the Math I. What should I do? Help !!...please.

PS. No I'm not really hopeless i still try my best to study the concepts everyday but I make small mistakes which cost me in the long run. I just need advice...no not counseling lol

Please anything would be great. This is my first post and although i may sound pathetic i'm just really worried for whats ahead of me.

Hope to hear from anybody soon. Thank You ALL who took the time to read this. =)

Go over a practice test and figure out what kinds of problems you’re getting wrong, then learn the material and practice until you know how to do those questions.

We will be able to give you better advice if you tell us how you studied. Did you use the official guide? Did you focus on practice tests or prep books? Did you study vocab?

If you peruse the SAT forum a bit, you’ll find lots of helpful information. Check out the xiggi thread, the CR guide, etc.

Yes I used Collegeboard test and reviews math smart from princeton review and word smart.

Can you give me the links for what you think is most helpful ?

You probably just need to spend more time reviewing practice tests. Try the xiggi method.
