I've only really decided to apply to the States about a month ago (I'm from Canada), and I guess I'm pretty ill-prepared about the SATs

I didn't realize that the SAT in March isn't available for intls, so now I'd have to take the SATs all at one go during the summer.
Is this too rushed? If I do horrible, I can only choose to re-do either the SAT I or the SAT II right?
I'd like to apply ED to a school that I really like, and actually, that's the only one I really want to apply to in the States. Should I apply RD instead so that I have more time for the SATs?

Also, I haven't taken any gr.12 courses in advance, so most of the "knowledge-based" subject tests are going to require extra studying on my own, right? Or are any of the subject tests relatively easier with only gr.11 knowledge in the subject?

I'm thinking of doing Bio and Lit right now, since I'm pretty good at English and I read a lot, and I've been checking out the Barron's Bio study guide and the amnt of info seems fairly manageable. Or, can I just take Chinese? I'm fluent, and the trial questions on the cb site is really really easy for me, but would the uni look at it as a sort of cheating? (I'm guessing, YES with a lot of exclamation marks?)
