SAT I Math Score

"no june wasn't so high njpitcher. i got 49/55 and that was a 730."

So you got 5 (-6.25...49/55) wrong...zorgy got a better raw score yet somehow a lower scaled score? That makes no sense.

Err, yeah that kinda sucks. Just now I even doubled checked my score report.

I believe I had 4 omits and 2-3 wrong. What would that equate to?

There you go.

this is for the may SAT. i got 720 math
zorgy69: that makes sense that i got 10 pts higher than you and we got same raw score, if you said that june was easier than may. thus the curve was harsher in june.

It depends on the scale, as you can see here. October Math was not as hard as my May Math though, so don't expect a curve this lenient.

wohh!! darn. you got 1 raw point more than me and you got 50 pts. higher???that is a messed up curve.

for MAY: i think its: 800 800 790 770 720

but if you had different version than me (which you probably did) then the curve is diff.

there were diff versions of the may math? The scales dont correlate. So does that mean diff versions of Oct math?

btw person up there, it's 50 pts higher, not 40 :P

i dont know. my question is: do diff versions have diff curves? and thank you. i do not know how to ttttttyyyyyyyyyyyyppppppeeeeeeeeeeee ooonnn aaaa kiboerdddd ttttthaaaazzzz yyyyy i mmmmakkkkkkkkee ttttiiiipppoos. :)

Yes, there were several different versions of the May SAT. I doubt it is the case for October, because it is one of the QAS months. There was only 1 March SAT, and that was a QAS month too. So I am assuming CB only makes 1 version with varying experimentals for these dates.

The Who, yes we had different curves because of different tests. The scale you offered is not correct. My friend got 5 wrong (6 raw score off) and got a 740. He had the same version as me.

blogged, u could not have gotten a 49/55 n got a 730. I missed 3 on June Math SAT, which comes out to be 51/55? or 50/54(I think thers 54 questions) and it was a 720

well i did. i can't really say anymore than that.
