SAT I Math vs. SAT II Math IIC

SAT I Math vs. SAT II Math IIC. Do the Algebra, Geometry and Stats of these two tests overlap with each other? Is the only thing that is harder about Math IIC the precalculus?

Would it be better off studying both of these tests over the summer at the same time and taking them in your Senior year? (I'm taking Calc now as a Junior btw)

If you're in calc, you shouldn't need to study much for SAT I math. Everything on there will be stuff you learned several years ago; just take a few practice tests and make sure to read carefully on the real thing.
SAT II Math IIc is a much easier test overall, especially because of the curve. You should know everything on that one too, but reviewing can't hurt. I took precalc last year as a junior and got 800 on Math IIc and 760 (my 2nd time) on SAT I math. On SAT I math to get an 800 you can't make any mistakes, but you can leave something like 6 blank on IIc.
