hey guys,
so in math i find that programs help me save time and avoid careless mistakes on easy math. right now i have the quadratic formula programmed in, and it is a great help. what other formulas should i program in? i'm doing this manually, so if you could tell me what i need to type in, or send me a link that tells me, i'd appreciate it immensely. thanks so much!

I really don’t think you need programs for your calculator. Most of the problems involve you reasoning them out, and any necessary formulas will be on the test booklet and are easy to memorize, like the area of a circle. You won’t need a program to calculate that.

I used a scientific calculator on the test. Did fine.

You won’t even need the quadratic formula for the exam. The factors will be extremely simple. Inputting it into your calculator will probably take more time than just factoring the damn thing.

There was a question the june one asking what value for b like 4x^2 + bx + 3 (wasn’t those numbers but you get it) will give the quadratic only one solution. Even for those, unless you really understand the quadratic formula, you won’t understand it.
