SAT I vs ACT (Non-Native Speaker)

Hi everyone!
I've started looking for some prep. courses as I pretend to take the SAT next summer.
Not being a native speaker, I find SAT I (except the maths part) rather tough and I don't think I'll score high. I know that for MIT I can submit both my TOEFL marks (and I will) and two SAT II tests. However, I will apply for other universities which require SAT I.
Before choosing a course, I'd like to know whether it would be easier for me to take, and pass successfully the ACT.

Thanks!

The SAT I is usually pretty difficult for non-native speakers because of the reading/vocabulary sections. You’ll probably do much better on the ACT. Also, note that MIT requires at least a 90 IBT/577 PBT TOEFL score.

Thanks for your answer. I think I will opt for the ACT. However, I forgot to mention that I passed with a B the CPE Test. If I study for the SAT I this whole year, could I pass it with a higher mark?
