SAT Identifying Sentence Errors Help

What would be the error? This is the very first question of a new Practice Test and I already have trouble with it.

After Jeremy noticed that his grades were slipping, he resolved to watch no more than two hours of TV or less. No Error

Would the error be or less?? Sounds weird.

And how about this one?

After I graduate, I would love to travel to the Netherlands, which is known around the world for their unique pastoral culture. No Error

For this, i think there's two errors. Shouldn't which be changed to
"WHERE IT"?? Netherlands is a country AKA a PLACE. Why would a location/place be WHICH? Shouldn't it be Where?? And why would it be THEIR?? Netherlands is not THEIR .. or is it? I'm thinking it's "IT's" ... Their would be Bob and Jim. I don't know =(

“or less” is redundant because of the “no more than” that precedes it. “Which” does not refer to a noun, so it doesn’t matter that Netherlands is a location/place. However, you are correct: their should be changed to its. (not it’s).

or less is wrong because it’s redundant… you are correct.

Their is incorrect because “Netherlands” is a proper noun and should be referred to as “it”

should not be “where it” because you are talking about the country as a nation, not as a place. Where would be used in a sentence like:

“I’d love to go to the Netherlands, where the climate is mild all year round.”

bah steamedrice beat me to it :(
