I have some questions about SAT II , AP and more
Although AP is harder than SAT but can SAT II be considered nearly equivalent to AP if I am an international student (I cant get access to the AP)?

Do colleges look just at the two best SAT scores or all the scores (seeking a variety of subjects demonstrates curiosity and desire to learn ??)

Does taking SAT 3 times hurt my chance at top schools? Should I change to take the ACT?

Is it true that ACT is inferior to SAT in admission of Ivies?

The SAT IIs are much more important when determining your admissions. AP courses are never required, and for the most part just strengthen a bit of your application. If you have impressive SAT II scores (assuming the school requires them), this is much more important.

Colleges claim to just look at your two best SAT II scores, which is what they are going to do, but if they request that you send in ALL of your scores (which most do, I believe) then they will see those as well. You should really only be concerned with your two best scores though.

Taking the SAT 3 times is about average. 4 would be okay, but 5+ is likely pushing it. Only take the ACT if you feel you can perform better on it.

To my knowledge, no, it is not. (Although a 2400 MIGHT look better than a 36, because the percentile of students that achieve a perfect score on the SAT is probably lower than the ACT)
