SAT II And Cornell AEM

I want to apply for AEM , but I don't know which SAT Subjects are good for it.
Should I take US History or Biology because AEM is from CALS? Is SAT II Biology better for admission?

Well, CALS recommends SAT II’s in science and mathematics, so I would add a math subject test to your list (people usually do Math II). Also, I don’t think it matters which science you test in. If you feel you can do better on Biology E/M than Chemistry, then go ahead and take Biology. CALS doesn’t require any humanities subject tests, but there’s nothing wrong with having a good score (700 or above) for one of them.

So Chem and Bio is the same in admission consideration right? I absolutely take Math II and Chem this October , but I still want to take another subject. I have studied SAT II US History but I intend to apply ED for CALS AEM. I think SAT II Biology is better for CALS than USH but if I know about USH more than Biology, should I take risk at Bio SAT II?

You can take whatever subjects you want as long as you eventually fulfill CALS’s recommendation. As someone who will be an AEM student in a month or so, I don’t think the science exam I took (Biology E) mattered much in my admission (although a 750 never hurts). Since my high school’s only science AP course was in biology, I decided to do a SAT II in that subject.
