<p>I'll be taking the SAT II Biology subject test this June, but I'm not really clear on the difference between E/M. Also, what are the best prep books/websites?</p>
<p>E has 20 questions at the end with an environmental focus, while M has 20 questions at the end with a molecular focus. I took the M and did well with just studying from the Barron’s book. My advice is to just study the Barron’s book cover to cover to get a 750+</p>
