SAT II Bio

How many mistakes I can do in the SAT II and still get a 800 ? I am taking SAT II Bio in may 2007..

...1....bio SAT II is really harsh...has the harshest science curve...it's probably the hardest SAT II for science if you account the material and the curve...it also has the nation's lowest avg score in science SAT IIs

The biology E has the lowest mean (591), followed by Chemistry (629) and then Biology M (630). The low means on the E is probably more the result of who chooses to take this version. Many of the weaker biology students have gotten the impression that the E form is "easier," when in fact both forms are of equal difficulty.

Instead of worrying about how many you can't afford to get wrong, why not just do the best you can? If you make a mistake you won't know it until the score comes back anyway.

Um, I'm pretty sure I missed 2 questions but I still got an 800. BUT that was only because the Jan. 2007 test was INSANELY hard. It was unbelievable. I don't even think my biology teacher could answer some of those questions. Must of hard a decent curve.

I took Bio E, got an 800 without much effort really, so it is possible. You've just got to make sure you check your answers very well. (Plus it helps that I'm used to a much, much tougher Bio syllabus than the American System :))

Dear ru4real1666, BigIs, J.Shi and Shrivats : I sincerely appreicate your responses. They are very useful and provide a good perspective. I am taking the test in may 2007 and hope I would do well. I would need to work harder over the next 4 weeks...

Thanks again - RK1
