Yup and I said it supplies carbon smh
I just finished reading about ecology and evolution in ap bio so I’m hoping the ecology section is my raw score’s saving grace
Was it buffer?! Guessed it, score! Hahahah
But yeah, it went pretty well actually. Much better than expected. The first two questions kind of left me in doubt, so that ruined my mood a bit but afterwards I answered every question naturally.
The lab questions looked intimidating, huge graphs, prolonged explanations, but I think the question themselves were very straightforward. Except for the last lab question(forgot the specifics, something about rates and substrates, and temperatures.) I scratched my head on that one for sure.
Ecology section was beautiful. There were some terms I didn’t recall but all in all, it went smoothly.
SAT never ceases to amaze me, you know?
I had prepared for Biology and MathII, and took Literature on a whim, thinking it would be the most horrible and difficult section.
I ended up taking the MathI because I didn’t feel prepared. Did it help?
Absolutely not, I bombed that test so hard I felt tearing my hair out by the end of it. If I scratched 600 I’d be genuinely surprised.
As for literature… Lo and behold, the monster turned out to be the portion I think I did the best on. Every single text just entered my head fluidly, I was engaged, none were boring, and laugh all you want, but some of the poems actually touched me emotionally hahaha. So sweet. I’m not predicting scores because collegeboard loves to demolish dreams and hopes but in order of best score, it would be for me
Literature>Biology E>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> . . . >> MathI.
For those who took M what answer did you guys get for the lab about the worm and where they got their nutrients? And also the one about how to measure if the environment affects the gender
In the General section, did the tapeworms evolve their roots from plants?
does the whale’s heat padding come from the fatty acids?
For those of you who took E what did you get for the last few lab questions… I think they were about primary productivity?
It felt like a bait question, but I said yes… I was completely stumped regarding the composition of antibodies and cellulose. I don’t even remember my responses.
I don’t remember the answer choices but I don’t think that’s right @sukhtheduke1
@kjhnbgfvdcrftgyh yea I’m pretty sure that’s right
Ah… @avu017 ,…That one was actually pretty damn hard. I guessed on the last two.
I didn’t even know where to start on the “which biomes have the same value as the total net production and autotrophic activity?”
I looked at the answers and just… “Uhduuuuuuh… drool” didn’t help that the teacher had just announced that five minutes were remaining. I brushed it off my shoulders and moved on,
I did better on the ecology section for the practice tests I took but when I saw the first 7 questions on the test I was like nah this won’t work lol. Molecular probably was easier for me
haha same here @AGoodFloridian
@AGoodFloridian was grasslands an option just out of pure curiosity
@avu017 “which biomes have the same value as the total net production and autotrophic activity?” i got the last two organsim things whatever they were
I’m pretty sure they were mature forest and whatever the last column in the table was, @kjhnbgfvdcrftgyh
or never mind i meant on the last two questions
How many do you have to miss for a 750?
skip 10
