I know have the right books for studying. So far i have Sparknotes AP Biology and Kaplans SAT II Biology Book. Can someone please recommend some other great books to study off of? I need the cram this studying in by dcember and i have some knowledge about biology since i have taken a class before. Can someone recommend some other great books to use? How will i go about getting notes from an actual class to help me? Thanks.

I thought PR laid the stuff out in an easy-to-understand way.

thanks for info. i will definately look into that..haha..i will most likely be cheap and go to Borders for a few hours and read it and see.

Haha, no that's not being cheap.... Being cheap is buying the book, taking it home to study for a month, then returning it after you took the test (since the test is less than 30 days away) ;-)

lol, that's not a bad idea rs8389 :)

I saw the Kaplan Bio book; it left out alot of important details. I personally found it to be a waste of money.

really? what if I buy cliffs in conjuction with kaplan?

I don't know :D all I know is that by using Kaplan only you wouldn't be well prepared for the test.
prsonally, I think the collegeboard should make SAT II books. There's the bluebook for SAT I; there should be something for SAT II.

Kaplan is the best book for bio SAT II in my opinion.

I took the SAT II with less than half a year of AP bio under my belt, used Kaplan, and got an 800. Of course, it'll also depend on how good you are at memorizing.
