SAT II Biology M After Honors Biology - Do I have a chance at 750+?

I took a fairly easy, no-lab Honors Biology course last year and breezed through the class with a very high A. I want to study biology for the remainder of summer vacation and throughout September when school starts (I won't have much time because of my courseload, but I'll be sure to take practice tests and keep my knowledge fresh) and take SAT II Biology E/M in October, since because of IB I won't be taking the joint AP/IB Biology class until senior year (and then colleges won't be able to see that I took the biology subject test - my goal is to major in the medical field).

The issue is, I really want a 750+, preferably 780-800. I've taken both Princeton review tests and have scored mid-600s. Should I take the test? Do I have a chance at getting the score I want if I keep studying? And if so, how should I study? I plan on taking Biology M. Should I get a textbook? Barron's seems too specific for its own good... Should I rely on Princeton Review/Kaplan?

Definitely. I got an 800 on the Biology Subject Test after taking Honors Bio. Not everything on the test was covered in my class, but it was not too hard to self-study concepts that we hadn’t gone over.

^Actually, Bio - M has a slightly better curve than E, but E covers “easier” material
