Hey, I plan on taking the sat subject test in biology in a few months. For those of you who have taken this test, can you please tell me which material i should focus on the most. Cellular respiration? Biodiversity? Genetics? etc. Also, my ap bio teacher gave us a take home unit in which had 5 days to learn 8 chapters on biodiversity (kingdoms). It was impossible to digest so much info. in so little time. I plan on reviewing this material, but should i just use a prep book to learn or actually go back and read the textbook? If the biodiversity stuff just needs memorization, i rather just use a prep book like Cliff's.
Thanks for the all help!

Cliff works, but I suggest a real SAT II bio book for the basics. The book will be suited to the test. 100th post!

D says AP class material is all you need to prepare – extra books not necessary. She got an 800 on SAT II bio – molecular, so if you’re doing well in the class, don’t worry.
