SAT II Chemistry... please help me..

I am preparing for December SAT II Chemistry.

I am currently studying Barrons. After reading through Barrons I took a Kaplan practice test. Are Kaplan practice test good?
And are the Barrons test worth taking it?

One last Ques. Do you guys think it is okay to take Practice test from PR (1999-2000 Edition)?
Some how I got hold of that old version...

It wouldnt hurt to take the PR test. And although i have not used Kaplan, I have been told be lots of peole that the tests over prepare you. so yes they are good.

If you take the Barron's test, just remember that they're usually harder than the real thing so don't get discouraged.

Sparknotes is good (and online!); I personally just used PR and was very happy with my score.

i like kaplan b/c it prepares you for the worst. There were sooo many questions in the kaplna green book that weren't on the SAT!
good luck!

Sparknotes actually prepared me very well. That's the only source I used for Chemistry SAT II and I got a 780.

PR got my friend, who had a D- in AP chem, a 780, if that means anything.

i used barron's and got a 760. the only thing about the practice tests in barron's (idk if this applies to other brands) is that they seem to get easier. i think the first one i got high 600 and it went steadily up from there, probably just so they make you think the book is working.

barron's, kaplan, and pr are all good though from what i've heard from my friends.

That's why I always start with the last test in any given book! :)
