SAT II- Columbia/Cornell Engineering

I'm interested in Cornell's engineering school. It requires 2 SAT subject tests, one in Math II and another in chem/physics/bio. I've taken biology honors (9th), chemistry honors (10th), AP Bio (11th), and am now in IB Bio.

I only took chemistry one year and didn't have a great teacher so I didn't learn much. I took AP Bio last year cause I really liked bio, but I'm now starting to regret it because I know chem and physics are more important for engineering majors and make an applicant much more competitive. I'm taking Calc AB right now and have taken lots of math courses, but I'm in a dilemma here with the sciences:

Should I study for Bio SAT II E/M or somehow try to cram chem/physics before December 3rd (when I'm taking the tests). I made a mistake taking bio, and I honestly don't think I can cram chem and physics in one and a half months.

Ignore the Columbia part, just realized they only take Chem/physics =/

Bump! need help!
