Sat II for engineering majors

Hello CC world. I've been lurking for a while and just decided to make an account. But anways

Top engineering schools suggest taking the math and two science sat's but all other schools say to be well rounded. I want to be an engineer but should I take two other non science/math just in case ?

Just take Math Level II and Physics or Chemistry if your Chem e.
Maybe take one non math/science test if you are really good at
the subject, but if the school only requires a math and science test
then what is the point of taking any other tests?

Well, if you don’t mind spending extra money and time on test day:

One session: Math 2 and physics; for chemical engineering: chemistry, or else history (U.S. or world)

Two sessions:

Math 2, Literature, History (U.S. or world)
Physics, Language of your choice; Chemistry
