SAT II good prep for SAT I?

<p>Hey all!</p>

<p>I just registered for May 5th testing in Literature, Math IIc and French. I will be taking SAT I in June, and was wondering if studying for Lit/Math IIc would in any way prep me for SAT I.</p>

<p>I understand the 2 are completely different tests...but was just wondering if I can spend most of my time studying for SAT II as opposed to SAT until May 5th.</p>

<p>Well, studying for Lit will help you on CR passages, but obviously it won't improve sentence completions or Writing section skills.
And if you are ready for Math IIC, that means you are already ahead of the topics that SAT I Math section covers.</p>
