alright i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on what SAT II tests to take....do colleges require certain 1's....do you take what subject you do well in at school...or what?????....thanks guys in advance

Universities usually don't specify which SAT Subject tests. However, most students take two or three tests in subjects they are most interested in. It really depends on what you plan to study in college. Many students take the Math test. If you are interested in science or engineering, you might take biology, chemistry, or physics.

The best strategy is to take tests in subjects you excel in, and take the test as soon as you have completed the associated high school course in May or June.

The only college I've considered that require certain SAT 2's is MIT and they require 1 math and 1 science and for class of 2006, a test in the humanities. For '07 and beyond, it's just 1 math and 1 science plus the writing section.
