Just got my score this morning
Chemistry: 790 :-( this is my second time 740 on the first
Math IIC: 770 (going to retake this for sure)

What other SAT IIs can I take becuase I know that Harvard requires at least 3?
I was thinking of Chinese (I am chinese btw), but I have a little trouble with reading, nothing I can't get over if I get help from my parents, but I would really perfer to take something else instead.

Take Lit. It's a piece of cake. You really don't need to do anything to prepare for it--if you're good at literary analysis--as most bright high school students are--then all you need to do in the lit SAT II is concentrate.

I even enjoyed the lit SAT II. I came out wishing my friends had taken it that day, because I wanted to discuss a poem I'd read in it!

Please do not take any SAT IIs over again. You are more than academically qualified in terms of SAT IIs. Choose another one that will showcase your strengths just like the two that you chose above.

Like sunglasses, I enjoyed taking the lit satII. it was REALLY interesting and i came home wanting to read more of the play excerpt they had given. But I love reading and am crap at math and science, so it's really what you're good at....

and, like others said, don't retake your SATIIs. many (including me) were and are admitted with lower scores. Harvard doesn't want people crazy about lifting their SAT scores 10 or 20 points. It's not worth the money, effort or time. Do you really think that an extra 10 points will give you the edge for admission? Focus on other parts of your app -- namely, the essay. THAT'S your chance to really shine :)

thanks! I will sign up for lit in the fall
I will have to take math again that's for sure becuase my parents are obsessive with math scores. :-( don't really have a choice
thanks for the advice!
