Okay pretty much I suck at SAT IIs. A lot of the schools I want to apply to require 2 SAT IIs along with the ACT i am sending (34).

THese are my SAT II scores..
World- 660
U.S.- 600
Math IC- 700
Writing- 730

The only place i'm applying that will look at writing is georgetown so for the others that is out of the running. I refuse to retake the histories because I HATE HISTORY! The only reason I took them was bc everyone told me to bc I was taking AP. So I guess i'm okay with my 700 math.. I don't really want to retake it. In Oct. I want to take at least one more SAT II to hopefully get a 700+ and use that with math for my tests. My question for you is what should I take? I am gonig to be a sr in the fall and am taking AP chem next year. Should I study for the chem sat II over the summer as a refresher-(took chem honors in 10th grade) kinda killing 2 birds with one stone. However, the bio sat II is a lot easier and I could probably do better on it by studying over the summer. (Took bio h in 9th grade) Also there's the Math IIc choice. So what do you think? Thank you so much for your input.

I think using two math scores isn't as impressive as a variety. You could try lierature, I've heard it's easy to study for. You could also look at the foreign language tests. Did you take Physics this year? That's another option.

I took regular physics and wouldn't be comfortable taking an SAT II for it. I heard lit is very hard and based a lot on poetry which I am not good for. However, I'll look into it, thanks. Also no one in my school really takes foreign language unless they've taken the AP which I have not.

I would not take the foreign language unless you feel really comfortable or are a native, because most the people tkaing are native speakers. I know our AP people scored around 550, lol, we have a crappy foreign language program obviously. Physics has a nice curve if you know the stuff, but you say you don't feel comfortable. I would aim for Chemistry or something. Also, why not take IIC and Chemistry? Say you get a 650 on chemistry but a 750 on IIC, the 750 would be better even though you would be sending two maths. I plan on having two good math scores. I got a 750 in IC which I will keep, and a 670 in IIC that I am retaking. I will most likely be submitting two unless I get a good US history score.
