How did you guys study for this?

I went down to L.A. to a korean book store and got this fat collection of practice exams. It was published by a korean organization and had 22 pracatice exams in it including the CD's for listening. Practice is good. I got 790 on the exam so did my sister. I didn't have the time to do all the practice exams though. I did only like 5. I can sell this book to you? lol

Did any America-born Koreans (like me) take this exam? I'm wondering whether I have a chance of getting 770+. I know this is the exam has the highest mean score of the Subject tests.

^Besides Chinese you mean.

of course.
I saw some on Amazon, are those good? I'm sure going through those elementary Korean books will even help prep for this test.

i saw those too..
which one out of the amazon ones are the best?

I'm actually unsure about taking this test...I hear the curve is rough (if not nonexistent). I'm a native speaker, but then I was born here and I speak Korean only to my parents. What are the circumstances in which I should take this? I'm not even sure if taking this exam and getting a high score is impressive to admission officers.

Didn't study at all, got 800.

I heard it looks bad for college apps if you are korean and don't get an 800
