I want to know how to improve my sat subject test lit. to at least 700 by october, and if it's possible. I'm at ~600 right now. Also, what's the best way to prep for this test?

OK well I’ll try to help you out since I improved from 620 (at my lowest) on practice tests to 760 on the real thing in June.

I would look ahead at the questions and underline the parts of the passage I knew I would be questioned on. After I read that part of the passage, I would look at the question.

I also looked for flaws in every answer. If I got stuck I tried to imagine that I was in a heated debate between which answer was the right answer and tried to support my argument. Does that make sense?

Also, use Kaplan for practice tests. Also remember that every sentence is supported by the text, so if you can’t support it by the text, it’s the wrong answer . If you have specific questions message me!
